Xbox - wiggle skill checks show hit but also missed at the same time.

Step 1 : Boot the game.
Step 2 : Play as survivorpublic mach, solo queue.
Step 3 : In-game, get downed and be wiggling.
Step 4 : Wiggle skill check turns yellow to show it was hit but also red and stops wiggle progress on the same hit as if it were missed.
