Bugged Hooks Unable to Hook

Issue: Sometimes when you definitely should get the hook it is bugged so that you cannot,I don't know if this is an exploit or simply bugged hooks but this has happened on Haddonfield and RPD, It has only started happening since the last update.

Had this happen one time on the swamp map fiew weeks ago. It was reversed though, survivors were not able to unhook.
