Bug/Glitch grants the ability to mori a survivor with only 1 hook

Hello, i was playing a private match against bots on PC when i noticed that i could mori a survivor without hooking them twice. This happens when a survivor unhooks themselves when the anti hooking mechanic grants the ability to unhook themselves, and then when you down that survivor, you can mori them with the mori offering. I have attached a screenshot of this happening (in a private match against bots). This needs to be fixed ASAP because this is very problematic.

    Just tried in a custom match on Xbox, it worked.

    Confirmed it myself in a custom game as well.

    This is pretty damn severe. Moris need to be killswitched immediately.
