About the Grade Rewards issue.

Did they just up us all to 2 million BP? I was initially coming here to say there is an issue because there is no way my grade rewards and my current BP added up to EXACTLY the cap. Then I saw the banner.
Or is the problem itself the rewards STOPPED at the cap? I was already near the cap I think so in that case I really got screwed.
