Can you be more specific about what perks are missing, do you own the respective character etc. Please be aware that the perks associated with Stranger Things Characters were once general perks, they are now back to being associated with their respective characters, so it's very possible you have the perk on some characters but not on others. This will remain until you purchase the character and level them up or purchase the character perk in the Shrine of Secrets.
