EXTREME LAG ON PS4 WITH NO DISCERNABLE CAUSE
So I was playing dead by daylight on my PC earlier today and over the past week but due to my main account being on PS4 and me not having all of my unlocks and characters I wanted to go play on my PS4 but when I tried last night the rubberbanding was so unbelievably bad that I was physically unable to move.
I just Shrugged it off as oh I guess my internet's really bad right now today I restarted my PlayStation Reloaded The Dead by daylight game did everything in my power to make sure that there was nothing on my end that would be causing severe movement preventing lag. I load into my games and three out of the three games the lag is so ungodly terrible that I once again am unable to move in any effective manner.
I ran speed tests in the lobby and while I was in a game from my PlayStation and it said that my internet was like 32 MBPS with 2.4 MBPS upload. And while possibly a little low it's what I normally have on my PlayStation but I have never had lag this bad before at that speed and due to other people that I know playing the game on PS5 and on PC saying that there isn't an issue like that for them I think for some reason the servers are really bad at connecting to PS4s for whatever reason after the latest update.
