PC - WoO/dream pallet bug
Not sure if this is actually a bug (though it probably is) or even already known, but:

vs. Fredward (Nightmare) with Dream Pallet add-on (I believe he was using the Prototype Claw).
After dropping a Dream Pallet and while asleep, I could still see the aura of the dropped (and exploded) pallet with WoO, though the aura display for such was not consistent. It was brighter at certain distances, and some of them did not even show as dropped, despite me going out of my way to drop them (such as the one you can see on the left side of the attached screenshot).
This screenshot is the best angle I could get of a visible pallet aura while still clearly showing that there was no pallet there as a result of dropping a Dream Pallet in that spot.
