Switch - Severe Frame Drops Vs. Dredge and Pinhead

When playing as s Survivor on Nintendo Switch, if the Killer is Pinhead or Dredge, the game moves frame by frame and is incredibly unstable. It has been getting progressively worse. Skill Check notification sounds do not match and the game moves at about 50% less speed.

    I only have this as Pinhead any map this happens please atleast acknowledge this.
