Nancy's Arm Bug In Lobby

I play on Xbox Series S.
Nancy's arm sticks out more than it should when holding an item every time while in the lobby. I believe this began with the 7.7 update, as that is when I noticed it, but I am not entirely sure. At first I thought I was imagining it but after viewing a screenshot I took in November, it confirmed my suspicion.
The visual clarity also dropped and now looks blurry since the 7.7 update, which I noticed immediately.
