[HELP] Light/Bright glitch still happens after Patch

Specs: i5 - 1035g1 (UHD Graphics) 8Gb RAM Laptop Acer
Story short: i needed to update my intel graphics drivers since the mid patch came out (it didnt let me open the game cause of the version of the driver) so i dont know anything that comes to mind to fix it. Do any of u guys know anything to fix it??? I would rly appreciate it
