make chaos shuffle also randomize items/addons/offerings (killer stuff included ofc)

Randomize addons is awful idea, since many of them has anti-synergy, some of them worst than nothing. But map offerings shouldn't be a thing (and in usual dbd too).

I mean that also goes for perks too, you could get No Mither with a med kit and self care and botany
