With Nicolas Cage having voice lines I feel Bill should have some too, voice lines are one of the best things about the Left 4 Dead characters and Bill having none makes him not really feel like Bill and just like a old man with no lung capacity. I get that Bill was added a long time ago way before voice lines were a thing but nowadays I feel like giving him voice lines isn't that big of a deal. Valve is very open to allowing they're IP's in other games and I think you could possibly be allowed to use voice lines straight from Left 4 Dead if you asked Valve, I mean they're already letting you create skins for Bill so I don't think they'd mind a few voice lines. Theres already tons that would fit Dead By Daylight so no new lines would need to be made, also I know this probably wouldn't be considered because "Why put extra work into a free character" but giving Bill voice lines would definitely make a lot of Left 4 Dead fans happy and just give more spark to a licensed character.
