Skull Mechant's drones not always rotating.

Platform: Steam.
Played against a Skull Merchant on May 18th and noticed that one of her drones was not rotating. That couldn't be the Low-Power Mode addon bc the other drones were rotating correctly.
Not sure how to reproduce it as the drone was not deployed in my presence. In the whole match, I only observed it once.
