PC - Addons changing mid game.

I am a huntress main and normally use her glowing concoction and oak haft addons. I decided to give the Chaos Shuffle modifier a go and it still showed I was using those 2 said addons. But once the game started it showed I had iri head and wooden fox. After the match in the end game screen, my addons were reverted back to the 2 I had selected originally. I believe this is a bug when switch from custom games because when I last played huntress in customs with friends I had iri head and wooden fox for stealth huntress. Needless to say the survivors wouldn't buy my story and I may get banned for this bug.
