How does The Unknown transform?
Does Unknown transform into its forms by taking the skin off and wearing it? That would explain why the body shapes on the different skin would be the same type. But it wouldnt explain why the transformations dont have obvious wounds that show that the skin was torn off a body.
When consuming a victim (like in the mori) does The Unknown gain the ability to transform into them? If so why do they look so unnatural and mostly not like the victim? Does The Unknown just have a collection of forms they can transform into or can he only transform into the latest victim?
Can The Unknown transform into anything at will? I assume they would then transform into humanoids because, they either cant transform into other forms or they think it helps lure prey.
Is there some other way The Unknown can transform?
Also do the clothes come with the transformation or do they have to collect the clotches from the corpse?

This is pure guesswork, but judging by how it kills, it seems to absorb all the genetic material and then uses the absorbed cells to replicate and create a new skin. It's true form doesn't appear humanoid at all, so it cannot create a perfect human, restricted by its bizarre physiology. However, it's learning.
Whatever it is, I wonder if it's still relatively young and still learning to evolve. In time, it may mimic a human perfectly. However, it's too early in its life cycle, and therefore it's still grasping what it would be like to be human. We are witnessing an early example of a shapeshifter. Maybe somewhere the Entity has found the final version - a perfect doppleganger of a human being.
