Anyone else have high ping ever since the chaos randomiser came back?

ever since the randomiser came back I’ve noticed every match that mine and the other peoples ping/ms I’m playing with is way higher than it should be. Lowest I’ve seen is 40ms but I’ve seen peoples reaching upwards of 200+ plus. Kinda leads to some cheap and unfair hits and looping lol
