Since people are talking about how hook suicides ruin the chance to win for their teammates. I wonder what's your take on these case.

Question: Which cases that you suicide on hook would affect the chance to power the Gates for teammates? You can save the image and make the choice.

This is my opinion.

Any competent killer will win at a 3 man 5 gen scenario, if those survivors win that game it says more about how that killer doesn't belong in that lobby than it does the survivors being good, Now is it impossible to win? No but it's extremely unlikely just depending on how fast they wanted out of the match, if 3 people are separated on gens and they all are about to pop when it happens I could argue that the survivors have the advantage at that point because you have 2 gens left with 3 survivors, but if they flat out just give up and get themselves on a hook instantly because they don't like the killer or map and gens haven't even had time to get to halfway then it's a loss against anyone who isn't a brand new player or bad, the only chance you really stand at that point is if you were a SWF instead of solo.
