We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Alternative idea for Mori offering rework

Instead of relegating Moris to just another BP offering, why not rework them so they allow killers to kill additional survivors beyond the final one, so long as you hooked them twice?
yellow / green / pink mori allow you to kill 1 / 2 / 3 additional survivors with your own hand. the target survivor must be on their last hook state
