Any news on not being able to claim Twitch drops?

On the BHVR site, there is this notion:
Twitch Drops issue
We are aware of players being unable to claim Twitch Drops and are looking into it.
Is there any news regarding this? Me and my friends can't claim anything and the drops will expire tomorrow. If not, will there be codes for the people unable to claim them now?
We watched more than 8 hours on Twitch for the drops, so that requirement is done.
