Stolen Sketch Book Legion add-on sometimes fails to activate

Sometimes Stolen Sketch Book fails to drop the Survivor's item when the 2nd hit is succeeded on the same Survivor.

  • Sometimes happens because of high ping
  • Sometimes happens because the hit is succeeded during the 1.8s speed boost from being hit the 1st time
  • Sometimes happens regardless of the other variables

This issue causes The Legion's Stolen Sketch Book add-on to be incredibly inconsistent and unreliable.
