Incentives to aim for higher Ranks.

Currently the game doesn't reward players for gaining ranks (apart from the matches becoming on average more difficult for killers as they rank up and survivors tend to have more competent teammates).

To fix this, I think rank should give bonuses that scale up the higher your rank, maxing out at Rank 1.
I'd prefer a stacking BP buff, but maybe a small XP buff would be neat too.

For this to keep the BP economy stable, I also think BBQ+C and We're Gonna Live Forever should be changed to take away their BP increasing effects, as the Rank bonuses would hopefully take their place, allowing people to have some extra flexibility in their perk builds.

I have some thoughts for reworking those two perks, but that's for another time.

In essence, the rank bonuses could work something like this:
Rank 20: 10% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 1% XP bonus.
Rank 19: 15% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 1% XP bonus.
Rank 18: 20% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 1% XP bonus.
Rank 17: 25% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 1% XP bonus.
Rank 16: 30% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 1% XP bonus.
Rank 15: 35% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 5% XP bonus.
Rank 14: 40% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 5% XP bonus.
Rank 13: 45% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 5% XP bonus.
Rank 12: 50% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 5% XP bonus.
Rank 11: 55% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 5% XP bonus.
Rank 10: 60% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 10% XP bonus.
Rank 9: 65% BP bonus to all Bloodpoint gains while at this rank; 10% XP bonus.
