Compound 33 is going to be terrible by itself after the patch
After the patch, the only viable use case C33 is going to have is being used in tandem with Blighted Tag, which I think is a bit of a shame.
Both Alchemist's Ring and Umbra Salts have more potent effects for their individual stats, with no downside. The only time you'd want to use C33 is with Tag, which applies the same downside anyway.
If you ask me, you could bring back Infinite Rush for this addon (it previously was on Blight Tag, which is still going to be good by itself). Infinite Rush was pretty strong, but it had an appropriate downside akin to Matchbox for Nurse.
It'd also stop the stacking of double iri Blight to try and bypass the downside of Blight Tag. The Ultra Rares would have anti-synergy with themselves, but still be good standalone.

Both Iri will be terrible, downside will be way bigger than value from it. They should just remove 3 tokens downside on both, make C33 +7% turn and duration for every rush and they will be actually good and fair addons.

I don't think infinite rush was good design and I don't want it back. The issue is that you can just rush around for as long as you want until you get a rather safe hit, sure it has a cooldown but a power should not be an almost guaranteed hit only limited by its cooldown.

Eh, maybe. You can force the Blight into a situation where it's nowhere near practical for him to be able to hit you with a Rush. He'll get stuck and he can't really ever hit you. That, or you can drop a pallet and force him to break it. There's still a decent amount of counterplay, I think. Most Blight interactions do not use all 5 Tokens, and adding more won't help those.
It'd also be nice if Summoning Stone and Soul Chemical weren't limiting as well, as an aside. They only work on the first rush and don't do a huge amount for it. I don't know why they were nerfed from the PTB (or even reworked in the first place, honestly).

He was not S tier in the beginning... He had similar collision to this and got stuck on everything... Also his perspective was similar to victor's severely limiting viability... He was strong then too, but I'd argue a bit weaker than S tier... Some people put him around low A high B tier at that, he was literally unplayable on indoor maps...

I never said I'm against these specific addons getting toned down at all. I'm saying C33 is getting toned down too much to be useful by itself anymore, and it could do with a different effect perhaps.
Blight Tag will be fine after the nerf. C33 is a different story, though.

nurse tornbook and matchbox are not exactly balanced add-on's. Tornbook is 3 blinks at on 8-9 second cooldown. To put into perceptive, Chucky which is claimed to be free hits had 18 second cooldown. So nurse has 3 blinks, a free hit every 8 seconds which is deemed as balanced but chucky at 18 seconds is not balanced.
Tornbook add-on turns her into 4.4 m/s meaning you don't need to blink. If survivor drops a pallet, you blink and hit them. if they do not drop a pallet, you m1 hit them. it is like lose/lose.
good thing nobody runs these add-on's because they think they're bad.
