False info in the loading screen

I get this loading screen regularly. It's not a bug per say, but more of a false information.
As you can see, it says "This icon marks a Survivor that is healing or mending, or being healed or mended."
The latter part is false. You only get the "+" icon next to you if you are the one performing the healing or mending action, whether on yourself or someone else. If someone else is healing or mending you, you do NOT get the "+" icon next to your name.
