Bad Ping on East Coast Server.

Not sure if this is happening to others but I am noticing a bad ping happening to me and my friends while in game. I don't believe this is a technical issue because my router is fine and I am on a stable connection.
Platform: Steam
Description of the issue: Bad Ping over 100ms
How often: Happening right now.
