Beartrap glitch in survive with bots tutorial

Step 1 : Boot the game.
Step 2 : Play "SURVIVE WITH BOTS" Tutorial.
Step 3 : In-game, run into a bear trap and spam the escape button before holding and then wait for the killer to hit and pick you up(not sure if this exactly caused it).
Step 4 : Bear trap is stuck to survivor and can be used on others while stuck to survivor.
