Sole Surivor triggers when escaped survivor DCs

Example
Step 1 : Have Sole survivor equipped and play a match
Step 2 : Survive till the endgame
Step 3 : Have another survivor escape
Step 4 : Have that survivor click continue in the endgame to disconnect.
Step 5: Enjoy your one stack on sole survivor despite no one having died.

This happened on RPD but was quite a while ago and i just got to create the ticket. So i dont have logs, videos or screenshots.
