Buffing the perk deception

Perks like deception are rarely used due to the fact that they are very minor and rarely make their effect have value.

A cool addition to this perk would allow it to make false vaults noise for both pallets and windows, this would increase the number of mind-games in the game, and give players alternative options other than just constant full meta.

    This would also make the perk live up to its name of being deceiving and trickery inside the game.
