Two Pallets in the Same Spot on Vecna Map

Issue: There was a second pallet after breaking the first one at a jungle gym tile.
Steps to reproduce: Seemingly none since this is the first time I've seen this bug.
How Often: Just had it happen once.

I know how to reproduce it. I used the Hand Power to hold the power at the same time David dropped it. This created two pallets. I have on video when it happened:
Note that this pallet was then revaulted. I then broke it. This allowed another character to drop the pallet that I previously holded. (I can provide these videos if needed).

I got this too, a survivor tgrew down the pallet and there was another one in the same spot.
Was playing as Plague.
