Vecna Hand issue

this was on the steam version of Dead by Daylight
i was on Treatment Theater and used the new killer item hand of Vecna to TP across the map only to get stuck in the floor unable to move, I could not be interacted with by either the killer or other survivors. i was able to be hit by his power but once downed he could not pick me up.
