Major issues with the new DnD update and new map

1st the new update cause me to drop frames not just on the new map where the big monster is but basically all maps in the main buildings specifically.
I play on Xbox Series X and have never experienced frame drops in DBD before. I reset my console, cleared cache, but nothing worked.
New big thing that happened is someone Dc'd and the bot tried to go through the portal with me on the new map and I got stuck in the portal, had to Dc as well, cause I couldn't move and no one could see me either.
Attaching footage of me getting stuck. All I could so was heal myself but that's it.
