PC - Decisive Strike bug against Vecna

I have little data for this bug since it happened just once, but I think it's still worth of a report. I know the video isn't showing all the steps but I started recording when the bug occurred

Step 1 : Play as survivor with: Wicked and Decisive Strike

Step 2: Get downed by the killer and get hooked in the basement

Step 3 : Unhook yourself with Wicked

Step 3 : When unhooked the killer came back, since I had decisive strike I let him hit me to stun him but decisive strike didn't prompt me with any skill check causing me to get hooked again

Step 4 : Get unhooked by a teammate just for the killer to tunnel you out

Step 5: Get downed again, this time Decisive Strike shows up and surprisingly it works. I free myself from the killer stunning him and I ended up stuck in that animation, then most of the actions became impossible to do. The only actions that worked were unhooking and using the flashlight (the beam wasn't even nearly accurate), the game didn't even register properly the inputs to wiggle at the end

  • Character played: Sable Ward
  • Killer: Vecna
  • Perks played: Invocation Weaving Spiders, Wicked, Decisive Strike, We'll Make it
  • Map: Auto Heaven Wreckers
  • Frequency of the issue: Just once, I tried to replicate the bug but with no success
  • I find important to point out that when I was grabbed from the ground the 2nd time and the decisive showed up, decisive strike was about to expire

The game after the bug

In the game where I tried to replicate the bug I've encountered another lesser issue, I don't know if it's tied to this bug but I might aswell explain it.
Decisive Strike is supposed to deactivate when performing "Conspicuous Action", but when I was playing the perk icon would brighten up even when it shouldn't. The following video is cut but it's quite esplicative of what happened

  • Have Decisive Strike
  • Get Unhooked
  • Perform an healing action
  • The icon doesn't notify you of the perk being disabled due to your "Conspicuous Action"

    I can report that the wiggle bug is NOT just specific to Vecna. I had the exact same thing happen to me in a trial against a Doctor.

    Yeah, DS needs to be kill switched.

    Just played a match where two of my teammates used DS and both got locked out of doing any actions and hitting struggle skill checks.
