Killer Concept: The Poisoner
Background: A little girl, named Hailey Jonson, and her grandmother were wandering in the forest just outside of the city, where the raspberry bushes grew wild, their baskets were overflowing, ready to make a delicious feast. As she ran over a hill she saw a marvelous bush with dark blue berries and bright pink flowers, and she simply had to try them. Her grandmother managed to limp over the hill. Old as she may have been, she recognized those berries from a mile away. She ran to Hailey and slapped the berries out of her hand, frantically grabbing at her clothes, screaming "Did you eat any?! Did you?! Please tell me you didn't eat any!", and the girl nodded earnestly. "That's a good girl!" a moment passed, and she started screaming again, "Don't you ever touch those plants! You hear me!? Those could kill you!" The girl nodded again, having learned her lesson.
A decade had passed, and she had learned about every berry and herb in a hundred-mile radius. They called her a freak at school, an orphan, a meaningless nobody. How she hated them. She was young and impulsive but unfortunately not stupid. She ground those berries from the very same bush that had nearly killed her as a child and poured the pulp into a pie. She went over to the worst bully of them all, the Mayor's son and offered him the pie. He ate it, and within a moment was dizzy, and nauseous. The day after he was dead. The Mayor screamed, "She's the one who visited him two nights ago and gave him a laced pie! She's the murderer!"
Fueled by adrenaline, she ran and ran, as fast and far as her legs could take her into the forest, where the police lost track of her. She kept on running until she ran into an older woman collecting mushrooms. The Entity took the young girl under her wing and decided that inexperienced as she may be, she had potential. She hid the girl from the city, on the agreement that the girl would work for the Entity as the Poisoner.
Weapon: A knife / A sling with poisoned berries (special power)
Movement speed: 115%, 110% while using his power
Special power: A sling with 5 poisoned berries. She can hit the survivors(like the Huntress hatches) with them causing some effects:
1 poisoned survivor: -10% altruistic speed for all the survivors
2 poisoned survivors: -5% speed for all the survivors + the anterior effect
3 poisoned survivors: Broken status(if they are injured when tier 3 pops, this doesn't apps for the survivors that are hit after tier 3 poped) for all the survivors, -50% speed for mending themselfs from the poison + the anterior effects
4 poisoned survivors: All the survivors receive the Exposed status + (the anterior effects aren't applied anymore)
The survivors can recover themselfs from poison like the mending, but they receive skillchecks (like snap out if it but with a lot more time to recover)
While using the special power, the Poisoner can't injure survivors or down them.
Perks:
Wild Dance - After injuring a survivor his aura is revelead to you for 5/10/15 seconds. Teachable at level 30.
Hex: Black berries - 1 trapped totem is spawned in the trial. When the totem is cleansed by a survivor, all the survivors receive a -30% speed for all the actions (repairing, running, crouching, unhooking, etc.) for 40/50/60 seconds. Teachable at level 35.
Hex: Bee Sting: 1 trapped totem is spawned in the trial. When the totem is cleansed by a survivor, all the survivors are paralyzed for 15/20/25 seconds. Teachable at level 40.

The power is interesting but might be too powerful as a power, also I don't know how everyone can be effected by larger/more status effects when more people are poisoned, they're berries not clouds that spread etc.
Also the first perk sounds OP but it really isn't, you're already in a chase and sometimes after the first hit you lose them, this would be great for Legion players.
Hex: Black Berries is cool, it's powerful but wears off and adds another totem with no indication that you have a totem so that's cool
Hex: Bee Sting though sounds too powerful, I mean it doesn't show their Auras so you'll have to find them which doesn't guarantee the down. But when you do find them it does guarantee the down, and also no one wants to stand around doing nothing for 25 seconds.

In the first thing about the power i don't understand what you want to say
a) Yeah, and not only the legion, this perk would be so great vs P3 invisible claudette with urban evasion + iron will
b) Maybe?
c) It would be a great protector of Ruin, Devour Hope, etc. And it's just 25 seconds, but i think it would be better 5/10/15 seconds instead. Althrough i think that this perk on billy / leatherface would be too OP, but in other killers helpfull1 -

So the power has tiers it sounds like and each tier is gained by throwing a berry at someone right? Well that kind of doesn't make sense because Clown throws bottles at people but his tonic doesn't get stronger when he hits everyone with a bottle.
Myers levels up his tiers by draining Survivors which require effort. Poisoner's power requires just a hit, maybe she can upgrade her own power by harvesting berries from bushes on the map? The more bushes she harvests the stronger her power becomes?
Also Wild Dance sounds awesome now since it'll be a P3 Claudette's worst enemy XD

The diff between clown tonic and poisoner berries is that the survivors doesn't see blury things.
The survivors couldn't stop the Poisoner from harvesting the berries, it would be too op.
Also it may be just a hit but the survivors can recover from it (requires some more time than snap out of it, something like healing youlself with self-care + sloppy butcher right now, without bottany / med kits. It isn't unstoppable like Myer's stalking or Clown tonics.0 -
Ok I guess you don't care about the fact that you hit someone with a berry and now all your berries just got more powerful, logically it makes no sense. I suggested a bush because you're basically harvesting berries to improve your poison's strength, because that makes sense. If you're ok with it then that's fine. because I like that this version of Mending is longer so you have more time to hurl berries at other Survivors, hopefully you'll hit enough of them in time to upgrade your power temporarily. That's cool but not very reliable, either way she sounds interesting.
What kind of outfit do you think she would be wearing? She sounds like she'd be wearing something blue.

I will let you know about the outfit when i'll have all the ideas.
I also thinked about you need to recharge/harvest the Berries (lets say you start wih.. 4 berries) going to a special bush (you can see when you remain without berries, the bushes aura would be shown in white). It should take like 15 seconds to fully harvest.

I would assume that when you do hit someone with a berry they enter the injured state. In that case it seems kinda detrimental to give everyone a exposed state as they'd have already been injured to begin with.

When you hit someone with a berry it doesn't triggers the injured / dying state0 -
