Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Killswitch Decisive Strike
• PC
• Using Decisive Strike puts you in a buggy state in the "picked up" animation, going in a locker in that state and then getting out of the locker without shift makes the killer incapable of opening said locker and makes you go in a state kinda like the locker flashlight bug
• Proc Decisive strike → Go into a locker → exit the locker (slow) → You're now invincible and can hold the game hostage
• Haven't tested too many times but i'm pretty sure it has a 100% success rate

Not only that, but you are unable to vault windows or pallets at all, that ended up getting me killed a lot, your trapped in that state until you go down from my experience.
They do need to killswitch it.

Had this happen to me twice. If the bug triggers the only way out is for the killer to down you. I just died to EGC because of this. Floated around trying everything I could but then made the mistake of getting into a locker. I was glitched there until the timer ran out.

This also just happened to me against The Lich. Playing Nea on the new map I was grabbed out the locker and then hit my Decisive Strike. I'm unsure if I was invincible to M1 hits however one of The Lich's abilities was hitting me after I got stuck inside/behind a locker after trying to exit it because I was seeing if I was able to return to normal gameplay. It appears that this glitch may also occasionally get the Survivor trapped inside of the locker. I've accidentally gotten trapped until Endgame Collapse this way. I could not leave, nor could the Killer pull me from the locker.

Tried to reproduce the OP steps but didn't get invincibility like they have mentioned with a 100% success rate.
Steps taken;
1 - Get a successful decisive strike proc on Killer
2 - Enter locker
3 - Slow exit locker
4 - Get hit by killer, incapacitated downed and hooked.See video footage below
