Stuck in the Portal on Forgotten Ruins

Hi
I played two matched back to back on the new Forgotten Ruins map and went through the portal from the bottom of the map that connects to the top of the map. Both times I got stuck in the portal. Can this please be looked into? I have clip if you need proof.
