Game keeps crashing, now I'm banned

  • Character played - Jonah, Ash, Nea, Vecna, Knight, Freddy
  • Perks played - [too many to count]
  • Map - multiple maps, no correlation
  • Frequency of the issue - every second match

Since the Vecna update my game keeps crashing, again.

The last time I had the same issue was during the Xenomorph DLC, then an update got added and it all worked fine. After "All Things Wicked" my GF had the same crashing issues I had then and have now. Now it seems to be my karmic turn to be trapped in Crash-Limbo.

Last time this happened I opened a ticket with BHVRs Service Desk but got gaslit into my machine being responsible for the crashes. Something I seriously doubt at this point given that the crashes keep showing up, like clockwork, after DLC releases and are fixed by the next patch.

Anyone got experience with this?

Steps already taken:

- veryfied files
- uninstalled and reinstalled
- killed my firewall
- killed all applications in the background
- turned down graphics to the lowest setting
- turned down resolution back to HD
- threw out my machine's entire cache
- veryfied my files in cmd

Obviously I'm aware that most times the problem is set between chair and monitor but I'm pretty certain at this point that it's not my machine. So please don't try to push the old "must be your computer" on me.
