Mirrored Illusion does not deactivate when the Illusion is destroyed

When a killer swings and hits an illusion, it disappears. However, when this happens, the timer keeps progressing and you are unable to recharge the perk.
Also, there is no indication as to how charged the perk is, unlike similar perks.
