Newsletter
I see a lot of complaints about the newsletter rewards on social networks, last time they sent me the previous one of 250K BP but this time I did not receive any email. I checked my spam, and searched for "dead by daylight" but they just didnt send me anything. It´s sad that something so simple doen´t work either and no one offers a solution.

I didn't receive mine either, they should stop with the email rewards and just give it to everyone with a code, I really don't see the problem with it.

I had issues as well. Try contacting support. I was able to get a code that way.

If you have not received the code, and you are sure you are signed up in time, and have ticked all the right boxes (that's important), then please contact our Player Support who will check eligibility for you and grant a code if you should have received one.

What can I do if I've done all that and Support have confirmed I'm on the mailing list but still won't give me a code? I've just been told they're investigating and it could take them awhile

if they've said they're investigating then please just bear with them whilst that investigation occurs.

Yes, I was alredy suscribed previously, wich is why I mentioned that I had no problems with the previous newsletter. But anyway I re-entered my email. How could contac support? Every time that tried I have not received an answer to the problems I have.
