Server connection problem

Its been a few days now, that Im having this issue, where I get disconnected, all of the sudden, saying that the servers stopped responding, but everytime it happens, i get the DC penalty… Does anybody know what could it be?

    I get it too. Happened two games in a row and I still get penalized. I'm playing on PS5 and ethernet cable
