Players trapped and couldnt move or be hit, the match didnt end

So I was playing as killer and a couple of survivors entered one of the portals on "forgotten ruins". They got trapped in the portal and couldnt move. (went in at differant times) I could not hit them at all or do anything. The match never ended until 10 min later when i hat to leave and then wait a cooldown penalty
