Singularity's Crew Manifest addon description has been changed and is now just incorrect.

Singularity's addon, Crew Manifest, used to have an accurate description. Recently the description has been changed (which is not in the patch notes) but the addon still has the exact same effect meaning the description is now wrong. The new description makes it seem like the addon got nerfed (which caught me off guard since the addon is not too strong) when nothing else about the addon was changed.
