Survivor hooked in air forcing killer to disconnect.

I was playing a normal game as killer. I downed a survivor and tried to hook her. Another survivor came to sabotaged the hook and got downed. I dropped the first survivor and than she was hooked mid air. Nobody could unhook her and her hook timer didn't go down. She didn't even get killed by the endgame collapse forcing me to disconnect.
