Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

On the map listed above there is a window in the center of the map for the burned building where the survivors and killer cannot climb through. It will do the animation for the vault but will not actually allow either side to vault through it. Perks that give off a specific effect for vault through a window still work after the animation ends, its just the player does not go through the window.
