Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play against The Lich
Step 3 : Roll a nat20 on a chest for the hand of vecna
Step 4 : Try to fast vault while healthy
Step 5 : Get grabbed while entering the locker
Step 6 : Your camera pov gets teleported accross the map, but your character is still grabbed then hooked
Step 7 : Be rescued
Step 8: You are no longer able to interact with anything in the trial or do any other action besides running and crouching. Cannot use/drop items, nor use gestures
Step 9 : Attempt to leave the trial grounds but pass right through the exit zone and into the background
Step 10 : Die to EGC

- Perks played: Windows of Opprotunity: Lightfooted, Lightweight, Overcome
- Map: RCPD "i had forgotten which side, it is the one without the rooftop generator on the burning roof)
- Frequency of the issue: Only under specific circumstances
