Bugged vault/window on The Forgotten Ruins

(Probably duplicate/under Review report)
Platform: PC
Desc.: can't vault a specific window on The Forgotten Ruins (as surv./killer as well but killer still can close it with Bamboozle), from inside a devasted ruin (not the killer's shack). No idea if it is bugged from outside yet.
Steps to reproduce: attempting to vault in from inside the ruin
How often does it occur: all vaults (fast vault as slow vault)
