PC - Twins Recall: replicable bug when unhooking survivors

I discovered this bug in a live game, then went on to replicate it in custom games with another player. I am easily able to replicate this bug by unhooking a survivor, and during the animation if you are hit by Victor he is able to be recalled within ~3-5 seconds or so.
Unsure if this is identical to the already known Twins recall bug.

Step 1 - Down a survivor, hook them, then switch to Victor when able to
Step 2 - Wait for another survivor to begin the unhooking animation
Step 3 - Attack the unhooking survivor (while they are still unhooking) using Victor
Step 4 - Switch back to Charlotte as soon as available, and the Recall Victor button should pop up.

Character played - Twins for killer, survivor does not matter as any survivor will do
Perks played - Any can be played, does not affect bug
Map - Does not matter
Frequency - Able to be replicated if following the steps above
