Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

Outta Nowhere has been bugged since March apparently, and I've not had any progression on it all :'(
I know y'all are busy but if you could get to it sometime that'd be goood
