Bamboozle is not increasing Frenzy vaulting speeds
This patch seemingly reverted the change made in 6.4.0; vault speed perk bonuses work during Frenzy.
- Dark Arrogance increases speeds by 25%
- Fire Up increases speeds by 4% for each token
But Bamboozle, while it blocks the window, it does not increase vaulting speeds during Frenzy. It should be increasing the speeds by 15% for both pallets and windows (the stipulation of not working for pallets only means the block effect).
Please bring back the vault speed bonuses.

bamboozle isn't supposed to block the window when vaulting with a power : here's the bug fix they told in the 8.0.0 ptb patch
but as you say that it currently blocks windows i can only assume that it's either bugged again or they forgot to put this change to live

They reverted it because it was a huge nerf to Legion, Wesker and Chucky that NOBODY asked for!

You're gonna love this. Today's patch made Dark Arrogance not increase vault speeds during Frenzy. Because obviously Legion is way too strong and making half of their power (vaulting fast) any faster would just break the game, even if it meant they had to sacrifice a perk slot and have a longer penalty during stuns.
