Bubba charges locked at 0 after performing a Mori.

Playing on PC/Steam
Just got done with a match at RPD. Everything was going fine until I noticed my chainsaw charges were locked at 0.
I had just finished my second mori and kicked a gen with blast mine and champion of light when I noticed that my charges were no long refilling. Had to chase down the last survivor and M1 them to finish the match.
I assume it was the Mori I used after I downed a survivor with zero charges left and not the blast mine/champion of light combo since I still have 0 charges after kicking the gen.
