"A DLC of your choice? An outfit? Infinite auric cells so you can have all the outfits?" Nope, simple, the enjoy I had back in 2018 when I started playing. I still like the game, but I'm not at the same level when I first started playing. Just after the SAW chapter was released, and for 80 dollars, canadian I got the game and one DLC. At that time it was simple for me I didn't know what the meta was so I went with whatever perks there were barely faced any toxic players on any end and matchmaking was well not perfect since it was rank based but it wasn't a nightmare like it is now. I don't know when it started where my enjoyment of the game changed to where it is now where I play the game because I spent a lot of money but also because I still have hope that maybe just maybe it'll finally fix itself again.

That's seriously. All I want in this game is to not fully have, but at least get some of the enjoyment I had when I first started back. It's cool having licenses I never thought would come or unexpectedly showed up but the main problem I have of trying to get that enjoy back is just how the game seems to be now, matchmaking not being this decent thing anymore I remember hearing about skill based matchmaking and thought oh cool so the game will give me a chance to face those my skill level everything was in the PTB even with cross-platform but something happened in the long run that just destroyed it. Another thing is well the meta I get it's never going away but I don't remember what the meta was for killer back then but I remember never seeing the same perks over and over again but I also realized why not every killer perk was nerfed to be now subpar. There were some killer perks where the nerf was at least decent it didn't ruin the perk but evened it out main example was NOED yes I'm pulling that card. They didn't destory the perk but they made so survivors at least had a small advantage to be able to see it once it full activated plus it kept its purpose a perk made as a way to try securing a kill. Another thing was this I never had to deal with camping, slugging or tunneling not because I didn't know what they were but because I just never saw it.

Overall I just want some of the enjoyment I had in the game back not all of it but at least some since I remember sitting on my floor playing for hours on end because I was just enjoying the game. I still try to have fun but it just seems people want to basically make the game a nightmare "your fun isn't their priority" yeah I know but still just want to enjoy the game but oops a gen went by a little to quickly and suddenly I'm the one being tunneled and camped or oops it's that killer that wants to slug everyone and just let them bleed out. There are ways to fix these problems you have shown you can do it BHVR you really just need that extra step to make the game what it was back then slugging is simple if all survivor are on the ground for way to long then boom a "force death" button the player is disconnected from the match they get not penalty keep their item and points so they don't have to DC and suffer a penalty that they didn't deserve since they couldn't do anything during the match. Camping you fixed fave camping but not camping in general which I know is very hard to do but easy solution if the killer is within range of a survivor not moving or barely leaving the around a flat circle radius their power is disabled which removed stuff like Hillbilly constantly holding down the power button near the hook but not so close the survivor gets a free unhook.

Overall there are ways to fix game you have those pieces you just needs to put them in. But overall doing this probably will have people get that enjoyment they had when first playing back well somewhat.
