Game "Softlocks" after Hook

I played as usually, but while hooking a Survivor a other Survivor sabot the hook.
But for some reason the Game Hooked the Survivor at the hook, but he coudnt be rescued nor would his timer ran out.
Even after the endgame collabs ended it took like 10 min or so until he got sacrifieced.
In the image you can see that the Survivor is hanging in a 90° angel from where he should be and also that the game should already have ended.
